Hi, I used to use Everyday Minerals, but am looking to switch to a new brand, as they've discontinued everything I like. I've heard good things about this brand & I like that there are many formula & color options.
I used Olive Fair in Intensive formula from EM for my winter shade. If anyone is familiar with EM, what color(s) in Lumiere might be similar?
I've also used Bare Minerals' Golden Fair in Matte, which I like, but it's a summer shade for me & winter is approaching. I used to use EM's Sweet Almond (a light olive color) in Intensive as a summer shade too. What Lumiere shade would you recommend for my summer color (as I might as well figure that out too ;D ).
What formula do you recommend in relation to these products?
FYI: I have oily skin & acne scars I need to cover. I prefer matte formulas & good coverage, but not too "heavy" looking.
I have fair skin, but it is olive in tone (READ: a yellow-green shade, looking porcelain when pale & "earthy" if I tan). It is very hard to find foundations to match my skin because the right tones are always too dark a shade. I'm German/Spanish, but my skin tone is similar to very fair East Asian women. I burn without sunscreen, but can build a tan veeery slowly if I use sunscreen. I never get very dark though. My veins are blue-green and I look good in any colors except pastels (which look awful on me).
Thanks for any help!

FYI, I got my samples & Light Golden in Flawless Face was a good match - for anyone else who may have been a former EM user. It's more of a winter shade for me too, something between EM Olive Fair & Sweet Almond, but closer to Olive Fair.
